Orders placed before 1pm PST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after1pm PST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact UPS or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

UPS Ground/ USPS: delivers 1-5 business days after processing.

UPS 3 Day Select: delivers 3 business days after processing.

UPS Next Day Air: delivers the next business day after processing.

We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries: Currently to Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, China, Comoros, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philippines, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Vacayhaven offers International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) or Express Mail (3-5 Business Days) shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All international sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns are accepted on international orders.

Swimwear must be returned with sanitary tags attached. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date. A return shipping fee of $8 applies if you return ALL items from your order. Returns are free if you keep at least one item from your order. Returns in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to, deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odor/fragrance, are subject to rejection upon processing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, please contact customer service order@shopvacayhaven.com, we’ll get back to you and create a return label, please follow the provided instructions. 1.Print your label and attach it to the mailer. 2.Drop off your return to the courier on the label. Make sure to have your return dropped off at the carrier listed on your return label or a store location within 30 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. Your return may be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please check our return policy. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email from us letting you know.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your order, except for final sale items. Returns are not accepted after 30 days, please contact customer service order@shopvacayhaven.com, we’ll get back to you and create a return label, please follow the provided instructions. Once an exchange has been initiated, items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to avoid any additional charges. Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. We cannot refund a lost return sent using a method other than our return labels. A return shipping fee will not apply if you keep at least one item from your exchanged order.

For orders within the U.S., you can see the status of your order on your order page. Once your order ships, it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.  If you have any questions about the status of your order please contact Customer Love.

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it right away. Because of this, we’re unable to make any changes to the order items, payment, or shipping information. If your order is incorrect, we recommend canceling your order within 2 hours, you can reach out to Customer Love team order@shopvacayhaven.com for assistance and placing a new one with the correct information.

You can enter your promo code on either the View Bag page before checkout or on the Payment Page at checkout. Our promo codes are case-sensitive and any additional spaces added will prevent them from applying properly. Promo codes cannot be combined with sale items to lower the price further. Fill a sink with cold water and add a tablespoon of delicate soap. Place your swimsuits into the water and gently swirl it around for a few minutes. Drain and refill the sink with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around once more, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Be careful to not wring or twist, as this can distort its shape. Reshape the garment on a dry towel. Roll up the towel, pressing as you go, to help extract the water still left in the garment. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.
